The new FitBike Race 2 is an excellent Indoor Cycle for the beginning home athlete. This Indoor Cycle looks sleek and stylish thanks to its sleek black design with green accents. The Race 2 has an excellent price/quality ratio. With its own weight of 33 kg, this Indoor bike can support a maximum user weight of no less than 120 kg.

Technical Specifications

The resistance of the Race 2 is determined by a felt pad. By turning the resistance knob on the frame, the position of the felt pad changes, and it will be pressed against the flywheel.

The Race 2 is powered by a V-belt. The main advantage of a V-Belt compared to a chain is the difference in noise. A V-Belt is completely silent, whereas a chain drive makes considerably more noise.

Ergonomic Design

The FitBike Race 2 Indoor Cycle can be adjusted in various positions to suit the height and preferences of the user. The racing saddle can be adjusted both horizontally and vertically in different positions. The handlebar of the Indoor bike is also adjustable in height. This allows you to always adopt a good ergonomic posture during exercise, and the Indoor Bike can be used by different people. With the adjustable toe clips, you can secure your feet in the pedals. This prevents your feet from slipping from the pedals during training. In addition, the toe clips ensure that you use your muscle power to the maximum. Besides pedaling, you can also pull on the pedals, creating a powerful cycling motion.

Through Pedal System

Unlike an exercise bike, an Indoor Cycle is equipped with a through pedal system. Thanks to the heavy flywheel, you must keep pedaling. Stopping briefly is not an option! This pushes your limits and helps you achieve your goals faster.

Bottle Holder

The FitBike Race 2 is equipped with a bottle holder, so you always have your bottle of water or sports drink within reach. Very convenient during an intense workout!

Intensive Training

Thanks to the ergonomic design of the indoor cycle, which allows you to adopt an advanced cycling position, you can pedal more powerfully while simultaneously activating your abdominal and back muscles. Exercise bikes generally offer a more upright sitting position, which can be less demanding for the elderly or those in rehabilitation.

Display

The FitBike Race 2 is equipped with a standard training computer. Through this training computer, you can read your training data, such as:

Costs 

Costs for the return shipment are for your own account. For packages heavier than 30 kilograms which by their nature cannot be returned by normal postal means, the shipping costs are estimated at a maximum of approximately €150 (depending on weight, volume and place of residence).

Returning

For the return of packages heavier than 30 kilograms, we will make a pick-up appointment with you. The package will be picked up by a selected shipping partner.

How to return?

If you want to return a package of more than 30 kilograms, please contact us at hello@cyclemasters.com. We will then let you know what the next steps are for picking up the package.

Handling of the return

As soon as your returned item has been processed by us, you will receive an email about it. We strive to process your return as soon as possible. Our aim is to process this within 2-5 working days after receipt of the package.

We’ll refund the purchase price in the same way you paid.

Cost

Costs for the return shipment are for your own account. Costs for return shipments will only be reimbursed (in retrospect) when there is damage caused by transport or incorrectly delivered items.

Swap

If you prefer to receive a different size, just email hello@cyclemasters.com. You will receive a discount code for the shipping costs, so you don’t have to pay them again. We can also create the order for you if you prefer.

Return 

If you exercise your right of return, the product will have to be returned to us with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this reduction in value of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is well packaged when returning.

Send a return form filled in as completely as possible. We recommend that you send your return with a Track & Trace code. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipment. Keep the shipping document until you have received notification that your return has been processed. You can also (by appointment) bring your return to our office in Bleiswijk. Please email hello@cyclemasters.com to make an appointment.

There you will receive a proof of shipment which you can use to prove that the package was returned. Keep this code safe and have it handy if needed.

You can also register your return via hello@cyclemasters.com. Then you can create and pay for the shipment via a link you will receive from us. You then only need to print out the label, stick it on the parcel and hand it over at a PostNL point.
