An external sales partner is a webshop, wholesaler, retailer, or manufacturer that sells products through the Cyclemasters website. By using external sales partners, Cyclemasters can offer its customers a wider and deeper assortment.

Identifying products from external sales partners

Each product specifies whether it is sold by Cyclemasters or by an external sales partner. If the product is offered by an external sales partner, it will state "Sold by [...]." By clicking on the name of the external sales partner, you will be directed to their information page.

Verkoopprijzen van externe verkooppartners

The selling prices of our external sales partners always included wiht VAT, and separate shipping costs may be charged for these products. For orders of Cyclemasters' own products, shipping costs may be applied as these products are shipped separately. These shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process.

Discount promotions do not apply to products sold by external sales partners. Offers and promotions only apply to products offered by Cyclemasters itself.

Payment for products from external sales partners

You can easily order products from external sales partners through the Cyclemasters website. You pay for the order to Cyclemasters, and the delivery is handled by the external sales partner. During the payment process, you can choose from different payment options.

Factuur voor bestelling bijeen externe verkooppartner

For orders of products from external sales partners, you will not receive an invoice with VAT breakdown. After your order, Cyclemasters will send a Payment Overview to the provided email address. The Payment Overview states which products you purchased from Cyclemasters or an external sales partner. If you would like to receive an invoice with VAT breakdown, you can request it from the respective external sales partner.
