Refund policy

If you have ordered as a private consumer (not applicable for business customers) via our website, you have a cooling-off period of 14 days after receipt of your order. During these 14 days after receipt of the article or conclusion of an agreement with regard to the delivery of a service, you may dissolve the agreement without stating reasons.

You may only do what is necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the product. This means the packaging is as original as possible and an undamaged product. If the product is damaged, we can reject the return or charge for the depreciation.

Different conditions apply to the order of Clothing/Accessories & Bikes.

Cost
Costs for the return shipment are for your own account. Costs for return will only be reimbursed (in retrospect) if there is damage caused by transport or incorrectly delivered items.

exchange
If you prefer a different size please send an email to shop@cyclemasters.com. You will then receive a discount code for the shipping costs so that you do not have to pay it again. We can also create the order for you if you prefer.

return
Return the articles complete (including all accessories belonging to the article) and, if reasonably possible, in original, undamaged packaging and a return form completed as completely as possible. We recommend that you send your return with a Track & Trace code. You are responsible for loss or damage of the product during shipment. Keep the proof of shipment until you have received notification that your return has been processed. You can also (by appointment) drop off your return at our office in Bleiswijk. You can send an email to shop@cyclemasters.com to make an appointment.

How to return?
Fill in the return form and put it in the packaging. Cut the address strip and stick it on the package. Take the package to a shipping location of your choice. There you will receive a proof of shipment with which you can prove that the package has been returned. Keep this code safe and have it handy if you need it.

You can also register your return via shop@cyclemasters.com, then you can create and pay for the shipment via a link that you receive from us. You then only have to print the label, stick it on the package and hand it in at a PostNL point.

Handling the return shipment
As soon as the item you have returned has been processed by us, you will receive an email about this. We strive to process your return as soon as possible. Our aim is to handle this within 2-5 working days after receiving the package.

Refund
We will refund the purchase amount in the same way as you paid.Only if the entire order has been returned, any paid shipping costs will be refunded.

Cost
Costs for the return shipment are for your own account. For parcels heavier than 30 kilograms, which due to their nature cannot normally be returned by post, the shipping costs are estimated at a maximum of approximately €150 (depending on weight, volume and place of residence).

For returning packages heavier than 30 kilograms, we will make a collection appointment with you. The package will be picked up by a shipping partner selected by us.

How to return?
If you want to return a package of more than 30 kilograms, you can contact us via hello@cyclemasters.com. We will then let you know what the next steps are for picking up the package.
