Warranty & Complaints


A warranty period of 2 years applies to the products offered via the CycleMasters webshop. This warranty lapses if the damage is caused by incorrect assembly or incorrect use of the delivered product. 

We care about our products and do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order is broken during transport or that something else happens that allows you to make a claim under warranty. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge. In case of damage or questions, please contact us via shop@cyclemasters.com.


It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by sending an email to shop@cyclemasters.com.
